PicPost is PetalPost's photo-first cousin. Same "real mail without the errand" idea, but the star is your own picture — the trip photo, the newborn, the dog in a hat — printed edge-to-edge on a 4×6 card and mailed for you.
It shares the whole PetalPost engine: browser-side composition, verified addresses, payment-gated fulfillment, anonymous order tracking. The difference is the front of the card is yours, not a template.
This is the one friends and family keep pulling me aside about. Turns out "just mail this photo for me" is a request people have constantly — and every existing option is either clunky or wants you to install an app and make an account.

I built PetalPost first for the craft of it. PicPost is what happened when I showed people PetalPost and they all said the same thing: "can I just use my own photo?" So I gave the engine a photo-first front door.
There's a lesson in there I keep relearning: the version that wins is usually the one that removes a single specific piece of friction someone actually complained about — not the one with the cleverest architecture.
